I got the chance of having friends in different ethnic group here in the Philippines and I had the chance of knowing the food they love.
In Bicol Region they are known with thier powerful Bicol Express. However my friend had made a little twist and replacing the meat to eggplant (talong).
Man the taste is fantastic. Its hot because of the chili but the talong or eggplant gives a different kick...
My search for the next food continues.
