Crystal and Rhine Stone Party Pouch

As I continue beading, my college friend asked me to create a party pouch for her. So, I challenged myself in creating an all crystal pouch with leather lining, a pouch that is definitely functional and can contain a woman's necessary things like press powder, cellphone and wallet or coin purse.

So here's what I have came up with.

So the beading continues. Each day I am in love with crystals and beads and I am looking forward to doing more. Playing around with colors and the expensive crystal is all worthy.

Beading became my hobby and it is becoming my passion.

So applying for a loan at SSS could be a little tricky. So I have prepared some list that you need to have in order for you to have a swifter processing of your salary loan.

Another tip is, you'll have to make sure all outstanding salary loan is fully paid. You wouldn't want your salary loan to be subtracted to almost nothing depending on how much you have left from the previous loan.

Once you made the loans, make sure to prioritize in paying them. This will reflect as a bad credit on your end and you'll have difficulty in acquiring your next loan. If by any chance for whatever reason, you cant pay the remaining of the loans I would recommend that you apply for LOAN Renewals granting you already paid 50% of the outstanding loan.

After filling out the form, make sure you'll have any combination of the following:

• Unexpired Drivers License.
• PRC (ID)
• Passport
• Postal ID
• School or Company ID
• Tax Identification Number Card

Having a Social Security System is OK. However, it is not advisable that this will be your retirement saving. It helps but you would end up actually getting a very minimal. Plus, we had experience in processing the retirement really really really difficult it took my friend 1 year and 2 mos before they finally got their retirement.

The Reunion - BSU DevCom 2nd Batch

Is it not wonderful to re-unite with people you used to laugh. Only last December 2014 when the second batch of Bachelor of Development Communication at Benguet State University finally meet together at Burnham Park Baguio City to reminisce the old days. This is the first time they all meet together after 10 years.

In ten years there's definitely a huge difference from the last time we saw each other.

Basically the idea is to reminisce the past, to rekindle the friendship and to let the camaraderie burning.

In making activities like this, the most crucial is the planning and timing. What I have learned from these activity is to set the date in a time where there is a holiday rush more so that people are coming from different places to make sure everyone can attend.

So DEVCOM peeps see you next time. So will it be the earlier week of December 2015?

The Project Mountain Alphabet

I still remember the very reason why I pursued the project in building libraries for schools that doesn't have any library at all and that is located in the far flung barangays plus it doesn't have access to internet.

So a group was formed and we called the project: The Project Mountain Alphabet. We are group of people who knows each other and simply loves volunteering and doing some civic activity. We are not an organization.

Our first project was a successful one, we went to Colalo Elementary School. Jan Irvin tells us the story as to why he eagerly wanting to have a library full of pictures and information. Because he simply wanted his student to know the difference of the animals not so familiar with the kids.

We are accepting donations and we will be publishing every details including the statement of accounts in this blog after the project was concluded.

Beads and Pearls Project - Necklace Part 1

Sometimes when we are at our lowest moments the best thing to do is to discover your inner you. What other things you can do? A person's tendency when placed in a very difficult situation or depressing situation is to be angry (which is normal) or to cry and wants to be alone and those actions are pretty normal.

For example, when you are mocked or devalued as a person, you would need actually to go through a lot of stages like you get mad or angry, you'll be very sad, you question your capability and a lot of other steps before you would go to a what I call emotional plateau where your emotion gets a little stable. But that's not where the healing starts, it is actually the start of healing and this is also the best time for you to discover your inner talent.

As for me, I am not a fan of accessories. However, I have this feeling that I can make one. I know I wanted to make accessories or anything fashion related. So, after realizing that I am spending to much in realms of hatred, I started making simple accessories. I started with necklace and here's the first part of my quest to accessory making.

I started with pearls and crystals then with special stones like cats eye.

Pope Francis Visits Philippines

How I wish I can afford myself to go and see the arrival of the Pope in the Philippines. I simply can't do it because of the fact that my health cannot withstand the heath and there'd be too many spectator as well.

He would be the second Pope to visit the Philippines. Roads are closed the day of his arrival so we ended up working remotely. 

Philippine's population is composed mostly or 60 to 70% are Catholics.

My 2015 New Years Resolution

2014 has been a roller coaster ride for me. It has definitely ups and there are numerous downs that has affected both my personal and professional life. There are some "pain in the ass" situation that has struck me big time and crushed my personal outlook.

2014 is one hell of a ride so to speak. However, it also has thought me to slow down and try to look back, think back and take action. Though the look back realization happened at the later part of the year, though somehow it is quite late, I am still seeing it as the best event as it gets me ready for the following year. At least I am not carrying the negativity accumulated in 2014 LOL

So for this year, I've decided to have my own NEW YEARS RESOLUTION. I actually have just one because I know with this one, it resolves most of the issues. 2015 for me would be a year of POSITIVITY.

I am always positive but at some point for 2014, I drop the ball and so negativity strikes and somehow affected my outlook. I know it is hard to be positive despite unfavorable circumstances but then again as they say "life is already difficult, what makes it even more difficult is the way we react to it".

Sometimes, its the people around you who makes the worst of everything. To be positive means to have positive people around you. Maybe its time to eliminate those who are somehow too negative. They are not helping in anyway so why not eliminate them in your bucket list of friends.

Another thing that I would need to do to achieve the state of being positive in live is by concentrating with what I have. It is true that when you concentrate much on what you don't have you'd end up being frustrated and stressed because you will never have enough. That would be my new mantra for me to achieve being positive all the way.

As I kiss 2014 goodbye... I am hopeful that 2015 will be a new year full of positive vibes, rest, a time for renewal, and definitely picking myself from a disaster emotional and psychological devaluation of 2014.

Lets all start a New Year with New Hopes!

Into The Woods

I love that moment when your magical Disney characters came to life. I used to watch the cartoon version of Cinderella or read fairy tales books about Red Riding Hood. When this characters were humanized it amazes me more as they came to life. It is even more fascinating and magical when they are turned into musical by the great actress like Meryll Streep.

When Into The Woods Trailer came out. I became so much excited and been really waiting for the day to finally watch it. After watching the movie, Meryll Streep the wicked witch nailed it. Her performance as expected is superb! I wasn't expecting Anna Kendrick to do well but she blew me away with her performance.

Into The Woods will be shown in theaters nationwide in the Philippines on January 28, 2015.

Make sure to reserve the date and I am sure you'll be amazed by the characters performance.

Chinese Kitchen - Everyone's Gastronomic Choice

Every weekend I normally just stay home and do some bead works or tend to my plant. However last weekend, I got tired of my normal weekend and wanted to try something new. Some activities that I normally do that I haven't been doing.

So I decided to go out and do a little of window shopping and dinning out. As part of the itinerary is to experience and explore affordable and yet stomach fulfilling restaurant.

Chinese Kitchen offers a mouthwatering affordable food. With my Php 200 I was able to fulfill my gastronomic craving. You know the feeling that when you badge out of work and try to look for a place to somehow fill your stomach with not the usual food you eat at work, these Chinese Kitchen at SM Makati is definitely a worthy place to drop by. So I am giving them 5 stars for the food and 5 star for the value for money.

When we say Chinese food, noodles would immediately pop into my mind as their staple food. So, every time I enter their restaurant you'd expect me to order noodles and siomai because I know its the kind of food they are really good at. Its innate in them to prepare these kind of food in its perfection.

However, when I went their I am expecting they already have noodles but in my disappointment its not yet available because according to the crew, it was still too early. Well true, they are still preparing everything since the mall just opened. So the lady crew offered me their Beef Brisket which I am very thankful to the lady crew because I am very satisfied. The meet is so tender that it nearly melts in your mouth. The rice is also cooked just the way I liked it. The lemonade rocks and their dessert is also good but I am giving their dessert a failing mark.

So the next time I will drop by there I definitely will try to have some of their noodles. I hope they wont disappoint me.

Each year, I am looking forward for a Corporate Christmas Party. It is the time where you would actually think of something to wear. It is pleasing to the eye to see how my colleagues dress up to for the said occasion.

This year, the company Christmas Party is Blue and White. Conceptualization of the theme is quite interesting because its plain and simply. Basically you can just attend the party and to look better in a blue and white fashion statement.

 I am unsure myself as to what to wear so I just decided to be simple. I wore white trench coat with blue pants and a blue t-shirt. I decided to make my hair blue to add a flare and emphasis on my trench coat. I decided to be different as always because of the blue hair and under cut hairstyle to complete my Blue and White Christmas Look.

 I am hesitant at first to add the blue hair because I don't know how I would look like. Of course I wanted to be different but I don't want to become weird. Since this is the first Corporate Christmas Party, I just wanted to look good and feel good.

 When I entered ASCOTT Makati Function Room, I was amazed by how my colleagues look. They all came in their best dress and best look in general. It feels like a fashion show. You can feel everyone's excitement, everyone is happy. So the feeling and aura in general is definitely fulfilling.

Little did I know that I will be chosen as the Male Star of the Night. Feels good to be called even though just some minor awards its quite a good experience for 2014 (though I am rooting for Major prizes though during raffles LOL)

I grew up in the mountains of Cordillera, living a simple life with a simple aspiration. My life adventure started during my college days where i have to go places to find my luck be it education. Discovering new places, ideas, culture, people. Stories from different people and different places opens up a new demographic. Thrilling and exciting.

This blog now became my new mantra. To tell you the stories I heard, seen and experience. I am a natural wanderer and this would be the reason why I am putting this up. Join me as I flourish and nourish this little virtual world of mine.

I would say goodbye to 2015 leaving those bad experiences. My downfall in 2014 will only be a thing in the past. The people who mocked and judged me are also part of my own history. Life is already difficult as it is, what makes it better is how we perceive and learn from it. Negative things is simply just everywhere, it is our duty to make good things about bad things that is happening.
